On the evening of the first of May the Avonbelles hosted the most recent three-chorus party night at the WISE Campus in Filton. Our friends from Fascinating Rhythm and Bristol Fashion joined us and there was a lovely spread of food with contributions from everyone.
During the evening Pearl Conway (left), Chair of the Avonbelles, presented Audrey Akroyd with the gift of an engraved Bristol Blue Glass Bell to commemorate her 33 years with the Avonbelles.
Audrey is a founder member of the Avonbelles and has held just about every office in the Chorus over the years. She continues to support and enjoy fellowship with the Chorus. Many Congratulations to Audrey on her long association with Ladies Barbershop singing.
